Burning Desire (2020)
I created this artwork to reflect on what makes my heart sing. I investigated the positive impact of doing things that brings me joy everyday, even in the midst of all the uncertainty that the pandemic brought into my life. I used colours that visually represent my burning desire to stay on course despite obstacles. This painting is my visual reminder of relentlessly staying true to my calling and trust the strength of my inner light in face of the darkness I might see along the way to achieving my goals.
