Peaceful Forest (2020)
This composition was inspired by my daily walk to Walthamstow Marshes. During lockdown only essential journeys and exercise was allowed, so I taken the opportunity explore the forest and the surrounding areas better. I reflected on how little things can make life great and such a seemingly small effort as going for a walk can impact ones mental health. This inspired me to visually contemplate all the wonderful things that I have in my life resulting in a well needed positive perception shift during all the uncertainties that I was experiencing.
