Anna Kosa abstract expressionist artist created this collection of original fine art to invite the viewer into the vulnerable space of my journey healing from abuse, encouraging them to take a positive look at their own traumas. She encourages the viewer to celebrate all the scars that we are told by society to hide and are stigmatised by.
As the cold dark days transform in the bright sun, symbolising all the good things to come. With this artwork Anna seeks to provide a blissful reminder to the viewer that no matter how harsh the winter might been, the warmth of the spring sun will always revives nature and brings life again .
Looking at her painting she encourages people to let their mind wander and mentally explore positive possibilities in their lives & what they future might has in store for them.
Anna invites the viewer to form a picture of a hopeful future and contemplate ,what if all they wish for in the present work out .
The visual inspiration came from looking up to the sky between the branches of a blossoming tree on a sunny day during one of her daily walks in Walthamstow Marshes.
She created this painting with the intention to feel like a breath of fresh air & a ray of sunshine to people when they look at it in moments they feel overwhelmed by the strains and worries of the everyday. Anna wants this artwork to serve as a visual aid for people to re-experience joy, when they forget how it feels.
