I'm Anna Kosa, a London-based abstract expressionist artist, blending my background in BA Design with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. My art isn't just about aesthetics; it's a tool for promoting positive mental health.

Through my abstract art experiences and Positive Psychology Workshops, I cater to individuals, groups, and corporate clients. These sessions are crafted to soothe the mind, spark positive emotions, and unleash creativity while aiding personal development journeys.

What fascinates me most is how my work influences neurochemistry. Engaging in my art experiences can lower cortisol levels linked with stress and boost dopamine levels, enhancing creative problem-solving skills.

My inspiration springs from Positive Psychology principles like Post Traumatic Growth and the Broaden & Build theory, intertwined with color psychology and the wonders of nature. Each layer in my artwork mirrors the intricate tapestry of human experiences and emotions.

You'll find me regularly at the O.Z.O.R.A. international music festival in Hungary, where I conduct my renowned Positive Psychology Infused Art Workshops, particularly 'Paint with Intention.' My work has garnered attention in esteemed publications such as British Vogue, London Life, and Tatler, and featured prominently in The World of Interiors spring campaign throughout 2021.

Currently, I navigate the art world as a self-represented artist, dedicated to inspiring and uplifting others through my unique fusion of art and positive psychology.
