All items have their individual shipping rates when sending abroad, so to ensure the correct shipping cost set each time,these are set up within each listings and might show on the invoice as FREE shipping at the separate shipping tab.

Please note that if you are located outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, customs,VAT and handling fees, depending on your shipping destination. These are the buyers responsibility. 

All Products are custom made to order to avoid wastage and minimise pollution.

Cushions with insert will be posted in an airbag flattened and will need fluffing up after opening to regain their original shape, unless 'gift wrapping' option is selected. They will need fluffing up to regain their original shape.

Cushion covers (without inserts) are shipped in a mailer bag, wrapped in tissue paper in a complimentary gift box.

Therefore, if you're not fully happy with your item, please email enquiries@annakosa.com and return it to us within 14 days of receipt to choose a replacement or receive a full refund.

Return postage with appropriate insurance is the buyers responsibility unless the item was faulty or damaged. To qualify for exchange or refund the item must be in its original, unused, unworn and resellable condition.

Refunds are issued once our team inspected the item and verified its condition as per the return request.

No refund on custom commissions and customised items or prints.
